Republic of Ireland Shipping

• Standard International Delivery: 5–10 working days

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Please note: As we are a UK-based business, Irish customers may be charged VAT, customs duties or handling fees on delivery. These charges are set by Irish customs and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Hygiene & Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and dispatched. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all customers.

Please ensure you are happy with your order before completing your purchase.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Please allow up to 72 hours (3 working days) for your order to be processed and dispatched. Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Delivery

All orders are sent using tracked delivery services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or message.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services once your parcel has been handed over.

Incorrect Address Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.

Lost parcel claims must be raised with us so we can assist with a courier investigation. Please note investigations can take time depending on the courier.

Payment Disputes / Chargebacks

We keep proof of postage and delivery for all orders. Any payment disputes or chargebacks raised after confirmed delivery will be challenged using tracking and delivery evidence.

Product Use & Liability Policy

By placing an order through our website or any associated sales platform, you confirm that you accept full responsibility for the safe and correct use of all products purchased.

All products are supplied with usage instructions, dosage guidance, and/or direction cards. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully read, understand, and follow all instructions provided before using any product.

  • Excessive or inappropriate use
  • Alteration or use of products in any way other than directed
  • Failure to read or follow instructions provided with the product or on our website

Claims such as lack of awareness or misunderstanding of instructions will not be accepted as grounds for refunds, replacements, or liability claims.
